Can I make a reservation by telephone / e-mail?

When making a reservation by phone, please call our front office (+82-70-8057-1131) anytime and we also take a reservation via e-mail (reservation-sel@hennnahotel.com)

How many rooms can I make a reservation with one reservation?

There is no limit to make a reservation but we would like to recommend to confirm room availability via front office in case.

I'd like to confirm the reservation details, how can I do it?

You can check at the front office for reservation records you booked via our front office.
And when you check on WEB by yourself, “My Page” on the official website or please confirm from “Reservation confirmation email”.
In case of reservation from other than the official website, please contact the reserved site.

Can I change or cancel my reservation details by phone / e-mail?

Changes and cancellations are possible only for those who have made reservations at our front office.
Unfortunately, we do not accept changes or cancellations of reservations via online travel agency.

How long can we change from the official website?

We will receive it until 23:59 2 days before the arrival date, but in case of change of number of people / room you may not be able to change depending on availability.

When will the cancellation fee be charged?

please confirm the policy of travel agency.

What time is check-in / check-out? Can you extend it?

Check-in 15: 00 ~/ Check-out ~ 11: 00.
Late check out fees will be charged 16,500KRW per hour from 11:00 to 15:00 and 1 night room charge will be charged after 15:00

Is it possible to check in after 24 o'clock?

Yes, it’s possible. However, since the hotel entrance is locked after 24 o’clock, please ring the telephone or the interphone next to the entrance.

Can I hasten the scheduled check-in time?

It is possible. If you check-in from 15:00 to 23:59, it is unnecessary to contact us. But if it will be before 11:00 or after 24 o’clock, please inform the hotel.

Is there a crib or bed guard?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a crib or bed guard.

Can we accommodate even under 20 years old?

If you were born in after 2002, you need to submit Minor Consent Form before you check-in which written by a legal guardian.
※ If you are staying under the age of 15, you must be accompanied by a parent / guardian.
※ If you can not confirm the consent form, we may refuse your stay.
Please contact hotel (info-sel@hennnahotel.com) to take Minor Consent Form.

How long does it take from the nearest station?

2 minutes from Myeongdong Subway Station Exit 10.

Is there a parking lot?

There is no parking lot in the hotel.

Please use public parking lots in Myeongdong area.

Can a large bus stop front of the hotel entrance?

You can stop front of the hotel entrance.

Is it possible to use the restaurant on the day?

If there are any tables available, it is possible to use the restaurant on the day without reservation.

How much is the breakfast fee.

16,500KRW for 1 person and we currently provide one plate breakfast due to Covid-19.

How many people can fit in each room types?

Double and Twin Room are allowed for up to 2 adults and 1 child.
Twin Extra and Suite Room are allowed for up to 3 adults and 1 child.
Also, 1 child under 6 years can sleeping existing bed with free of charge.

Can I arrange a neighboring room if I reserve multiple rooms?

We will accept as requests but please note that it depending on the hotel availability of the day, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Is there a barrier-free room?

We have a barrier-free room but there is a limit in the guest room. So, please tell us in advance when you make a reservation.

Is the bus / toilet separated?

Depend on the room types.
“standard”type and barrier-free room are together.
Other types are separated.

Please tell me the size of the bed.

Standard Double room 1600 mm,
Standard Twin room 1100 mm,
Japanesque Twin , Large Twin , Forth Room 1200 mm
Triple room 1000 mm.

How many card keys can we get?

1 card for each adults.

Can I use WI-FI?

Free Wi-Fi available in rooms and lobby.

Is there a non-smoking room?

All rooms are non-smoking.

Is there a smoking place?

We installed an ashtray in the left side of the hotel entrance.

Do you have an ice machine?

There is one ice machine on the second floor.

Is there a vending machine?

Vending machines (vending machines of juice and vending machines of ice cream) are installed on the first floor.
